No. All Station does not provide or distribute game ROMs. You must bring games you legally own. We only sync your save files to the cloud.
How does cloud sync work?

When you save your game, your save file is automatically encrypted and uploaded to secure EU servers. When you open the game on another device, your save is downloaded and ready to use.
